Most of our projects are booked one to two months in advance, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot. If you have a hard deadline or launch date, we suggest adding at least a two-week buffer to our usual timelines.

The timeline varies depending on the project scope. Branding projects usually take 8-10 weeks, web design can take 9-12 weeks, and our Launch Ready service is completed in 12 weeks.

We value the well-being of our clients and ourselves, as well as the quality of our work. These require time and consideration. That’s why we typically don't take on rushed projects. But we'll do our best to help you out where we can.

Yes, we structure payments with an initial 50% non-refundable deposit, followed by milestone payments as the project progresses. Your payments are securely held in escrow until each milestone is completed.

We accept payments through Contra, which uses Stripe for all payment transactions, ensuring secure and straightforward transactions. Clients with a US Bank Account are also able to pay via ACH to avoid potentially high credit card fees.
