What do I need before starting a social media project?

Before kicking off your social media project, it's important to have a solid foundation. Start with clear branding - that means a brand strategy, clear messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We'll also need visual assets, from photography to videos. These are key for creating content that truly represents your brand. Lastly, be prepared to collaborate throughout the process. Your input is valuable in ensuring we create content that authentically represents your brand!

Can you schedule the posts on my behalf?

No, we focus exclusively on content creation and template design. We do not handle account management, analytics, or scheduling of posts.

How far ahead should I book?

Most of our projects are booked one to two months in advance, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot. If you have a hard deadline or launch date, we suggest adding at least a two-week buffer to our usual timelines.

What if I have an urgent project?

We value the well-being of our clients and ourselves, as well as the quality of our work. These require time and consideration. That’s why we typically don't take on rushed projects. But we'll do our best to help you out where we can.

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally offer special rates! We also love giving back with free resources and fun designs. Join our newsletter to stay in the loop. If you're a non-profit, please reach out – we’d love to help if we have the resources!

Do you only work with BIPOC or queer founders?

While we prioritize creating spaces that center around women, BIPOC, and queer founders (because not enough of those spaces exist), we're passionate about working with anyone who shares our values and vision.
